The Awards Dinner is sold out and registration for it has closed.

Registration for the conference is still open.

The Governor’s Conference on Tourism Awards Dinner will be held on Monday, February 1 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Governor Hill Mansion & Conference Center (formerly the St. Paul Center) at 136 State Street, Augusta. The event will open with a reception followed by the awards ceremony and sit-down dinner. Black tie optional. 

Each year, it is a privilege to honor those in the tourism industry whose efforts have contributed to Maine’s reputation as a sought-after destination. We pay tribute to the commitment put forth by individuals and organizations that have set an example for all to follow.

The Maine Governor’s Conference on Tourism provides professional development sessions, valuable networking, and the opportunity to meet with tourism professionals. It is the only statewide event of its kind and attendees are from all segments of the tourism industry.

The conference offers the exchange of ideas and best practices that benefit our state's most vital and valuable industry. The success and growth of this conference is indicative of a cohesive industry that strives for excellence.

The cost for the conference and lunch is $50 per attendee. The awards dinner is $50 per attendee. Combined total for both days - $100 per attendee.

The conference is a project of the Maine Office of Tourism and the Maine Tourism Commission, and is made possible with the support of our many sponsors.
